Latinos In Action serves students throughout the United States and is designed to help students develop leadership skills, strengthen academic achievement, and prepare for college and career success.

While approximately 90% of LIA students identify as Latino/Hispanic, students of all backgrounds are welcome and benefit from participation in the program.

LIA classrooms are encouraged to maintain at least 80% Latino enrollment in order to preserve the cultural focus and safe harbor of the classroom environment.
